The Edelbrock #60435 Performer RPM head is perfect for street performance, daily drivers, street rods and muscle cars where seat-of-the-pants performance is needed. This cylinder head delivers great throttle response and power from 1500 to 6500 rpm. They also feature the highest quality intake and exhaust valves and valve springs. Edelbrock Performer RPM 454-O high-compression cylinder heads offer smaller ports for bigger performance. Designed for big block Chevy's with oval ports, these cylinder heads feature unique oval intake ports that flow similar to rectangular ports but the smaller size provides excellent seat-of-the-pants performance plus crisp throttle response! And, the 100cc chamber volume is ideal for your high-compression application. Both the intake and exhaust ports of these Performer RPM heads have been profiled for improved air flow and they have smaller-than-stock valve stems for less weight and excellent flow. More flow, more power, and more performance for your big block application comes with a set of Edelbrock Performer RPM 454-O high-compression cylinder heads.

Notes	Champion RC12YC or equivalent 14mm x 3/4 in. reach with flat gasket seat. Springs for hydraulic roller cams. Both the intake and exhaust ports have been profiled for improved air flow. The heat crossover passage is present, but has been blocked. Since the spark plug location in this head has been moved 0.150" closer toward the bore center, if a domed piston is desired, use a domed piston designed for a closed chamber head for clearance.
