Engine Piston Ring Set
Wiseco Pro Tru line of pistons utilize a plasma moly âââ¬Ã
âpre-gappedâââ¬Ã ring set for the budget minded consumer. Wiseco Sport compact kits include the high quality NPR XX rings, which are the best quality steel nitrided top rings and napier style 2nd rings. Our late model EFI lineup and several small block Chevy pistons are designed around the our 1.2mm Steel Nitride and napier GFX ring sets. Many of our big block sets utilize a .043 back cut top ring for extra material thickness around the intake valve. *Unless Noted - Rings Sold Individually - Order Specific Quantity Needed*

Piston Rings, Gas Nitrided, 81.50mm Bore, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 2.8mm Thickness, Single Piston, Set
Wiseco XX piston ring sets are designed for use with Wiseco pistons only. They can be used in cast iron, nickel ceramic plating (Nikasil), boron composite, and Electrofusion bores and feature a stainless steel, 1mm thickness, gas-nitrided, barrel-faced top ring. They also contain an under-hook style, 1.2mm thickness, cast iron, phosphate coated, taper-faced second ring. The oil rings in these XX sets are 3-piece assemblies with 2.8mm thickness, gas-nitrided rails, and a stainless steel, flex-vent spacer. Caution: Wiseco XX 4-stroke rings cannot be used in chrome plated bores; engine damage will occur.
