Carriers and Delivery
To ensure the best possible delivery service, StreetFX Pty Ltd partners with multiple courier services. The choice of carrier for your order depends on various factors, including size, weight, and destination of the package. Some items, especially those that are large or bulky, may require specific carriers and extended shipping timeframes due to road freight travel requirements.
We may ship items from any of our distribution centers, including our USA warehouses, to optimize delivery times. For instance, shipping bulky items internationally from the USA to Western Australia may be faster than using ground freight from Queensland.

Shipping Charges and Address Accuracy
Shipping charges are calculated based on the product and your delivery location. We urge our customers to carefully review their shipping information before finalizing their orders. Ensuring that the shipping address, including any necessary business name for business addresses, is accurate and complete is crucial. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot accommodate changes to the shipping address.
If a parcel is not collected or needs to be returned due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information provided by the customer, we are unable to refund the postage costs. Authority to Leave
When placing an order, you'll have the option to authorize leaving the parcel at your premises without a signature. By selecting this option, you agree that the parcel is considered received once it is left at your address. Please note that StreetFX Pty Ltd and our delivery partners will not be liable for any loss or damage that may occur from this delivery method.
Order Processing
We aim to have all items shipped within their stated handling times. Our network of warehouses ensures efficient order processing, with estimated handling times updated every 24 hours to reflect the most accurate information available.
If your item is in stock at any of our warehouses, it typically takes 3 to 6 days to transfer items between our distribution centers worldwide to our Australian warehouses.
International Shipments from Australia
Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. You are responsible for covering any additional charges for customs clearance. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information regarding your order's delivery.
